When the code does not arrive — Top Virtual Number for Telegram
If a Telegram code is late, wait within the reservation window, request it once more, then cancel and read the provider's refund terms before buying again.
Why codes arrive late or not at all
A Telegram code can be delayed for several reasons. Many of them sit outside the number provider's control.
Telegram often sends the code inside an app that is already signed in. For a new account, it sends an SMS instead, and it may offer a call or a resend after a wait. Many services also check the line type of a number and may treat virtual ranges differently. Some VoIPStore listings carry a "(Virtual)" label, so check the label shown for the chosen country.
Carrier routing can add delay as well. VoIPStore's site says a purchased number stays reserved long enough to receive the code, typically up to about 20 minutes.
Retrying, cancelling and refunds
Request the code once, then wait. Repeated requests in a short time can lead Telegram to ask you to wait longer before trying again.
If nothing arrives within the reservation window, stop retrying the same number. Use the order options shown on the site, and confirm the cancel steps on VoIPStore's official site.
Read two documents before buying. The site says numbers that never receive a code are refunded automatically to the balance. The terms say refunds after credits are used are at staff discretion, except for technical errors. Current prices appear before purchase and at checkout. An illustrative check
Test one number before relying on the service. Pick one country and note the label shown next to it.
Record these points in a simple note: - the time of purchase and the price shown at checkout - the time you requested the code in Telegram - the time the code arrived, or that it did not - your balance before and after, if no code arrived
Request the code only once during the test. If no code arrives, check whether the balance changed as the site describes. This is a proposed check, not a reported VoIPStore test. Current refund terms and reservation details are on VoIPStore's official site.
